GK2006 Portable Bag Closer
product description
GK2006 series portable bag closer can be used by one hand or recur to balancer to hand it up. It is used to close all kinds of weaving bags, paper bags, jute bags and so on. Model GK2006-2 is double threads chain stitch and GK2006-1 is single thread chain stitch.
1. Built-in thread chain cutter.
2. Housing for electric motor and handle made of fiberglass-reinforced break-resistant polyamide.
3. Combined upper and lower feed for greater power grips both sides of the bag.
4. Speed: 1500~1800rpm.
5. Sewing capacity: up to 9 mm or 24 plies of paper
6. Stitch length: 3-9 mm, standard 8 mm
7. Out put: approx. 150 bags/hour, depending on bag width and material as well as the operating conditions.
8. Standard needle: 200/25#
9. Total weight: about 5kg;
10. Motor: 220vot or 36vot, can be changed to other type according to client’s request.
